Moi Circle Fintech Private Limited (“Moi Circle”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy covers this website and the waitlist. The app has its own notice, shown when you sign up.

What we collect on this website

Your email address and whether you want to gift, invest or both, if you join the waitlist.
Basic technical data your browser sends when you load the site, such as IP address and browser type, kept in server logs.

How we use it

We use your email only to invite you to the pilot and to tell you about Moi Circle. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Who can see it

The waitlist is stored in a Google Sheet that only our team can open. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and CloudFront).

Keeping and deleting it

We keep waitlist emails until the pilot ends or you ask us to remove you. To unsubscribe or delete your data, write to hello@moicircle.com.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data and to withdraw consent at any time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
